Services:

Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback
Perform furniture inventories and qualitative analysis surveys
ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) preparation
Ensure client's values, conditions, and policies are applied to identifying and establishing manufacturers
Prepare procurement documentation and provide budget oversight
Reconcile, store, assemble and install furniture and equipment
Provide warranty and cleaning documentation
Facilitate furniture use and ergonomics training for end-use product knowledge

Move Management Services

Moving is never fun, but our team keeps the process upbeat and positive. Our goal is to allow your team to continue day-to-day operations during a move.

Services:

Orchestrate large-scale, complex move management of people and items
Preparation of move manual and instructional materials for staff
Assist and support packing, labeling, palletizing, and storage
On-site management of moving teams across multiple sites
Procure temporary locations and furniture on your behalf
Management and oversight of storage and warehousing facilities
Facilitate furniture setup associated with temporary and permanent use
