Scott specializes in public procurement and energy conservation programs. He works extensively with the Energy Trust of Oregon, integrating sustainability and energy efficiency using cost-effective methods. In 2013, he won a Better Bricks Award for Building Management from the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and, in 2014, became an Earth Advantage Certified Project Steward.
