In partnership with the Tulalip Tribe of Washington’s Education Division, our team supported education leaders with large-scale stakeholder facilitation. We provided direct facilitation and support structures to engage youth, families, community members and elders, along with internal staff in the development of a PreK-12 Education Strategic Plan. Over 140 student voices inform the processes and educational outcomes. Additionally, we assist with internal group processing facilitation so that long-range goals and sustainability of initiatives are held as accountability measures. Our partnership alongside key stakeholders helps to inform internal staff of the needs and supports necessary for creating strong educational sovereignty pathways.
