Wenaha Group provided project management services for this 96-unit development with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units to renters earning at or below 30% and 50-60% of the area's median income. The apartments will serve Portland's Zomi Community, a predominantly Christian ethnic minority group from Myanmar, Bangladesh, and India. Residents will benefit from a planned 1,500 SF community space and outdoor amenities to promote community building.
