Wenaha Group provided project management services for the Puyallup Tribe of Indians new 20-unit elderly care center. The facility features individual suite and one-bedroom living units, shared day rooms with a family gathering space, outdoor private and shared patios and balconies, perimeter fenced security, nurse call stations, individual WIFI options, shared gardens, parking, and an indoor walkway to the tribes current community House of Respect. The housing tucks into the hillside, connected on the ground floor to the Elder Center to allow for shared program including full meal services in its dining room and use of all social and wellness support spaces. The assisted living facility gives the Elders a comfortable place to call home.
