This summer project included site preparation and installation of six modular buildings on three separate sites including all utilities, asphalt pads, and concrete foundations. Wenaha Group also managed the property development for the student housing project. This entailed the development of residential building lots for student built houses and included all utilities and streets. Lastly, Wenaha Group managed several parking lot repairs at various district locations.
