Wenaha served as the Project Manager for the new 204,000 square feet, two-story, Grandview High School. The building consisted of masonry and steel and features a central commons area as well as an outdoor courtyard. The new school was constructed adjacent to the existing school while it remained in operation. The existing school was demolished to make room for new parking lots and greenspaces.
