Wenaha Group provided project management services for this housing project on behalf of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation using both federal and tribal funds. The project provides four separate duplex units, including one duplex unit providing two separate single-level senior housing units. The project had strong TERO requirements, ensuring a diverse workforce and providing employment opportunities for tribal members.
