After identifying furniture needs and prioritizing scope to the most critical program areas, Wenaha Group conducted a design input session with stakeholders to generate an FF&E plan to expand the administrative program that supports the casino. After presenting an original design, Wenaha’s FF&E team worked with casino staff to make revisions to and adjust the construction scope and timeline to ensure that all FF&E needs were accounted for. Wenaha prepared a final specifications package for review by the client, showcasing several options and price points and providing recommendations for the client based on their stated needs. Upon FF&E installation, Wenaha provided electronic documentation and warranty information.
