This project was a replacement of the 120,000 square foot roof of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The scope included contract negotiations, contract writing, conducting pre-construction meeting, weekly OAC meetings, submittal review, RFI’s, change order review and approval, and schedule monitoring.
