Wenaha Group was the Project Manager for the new City of Boardman Pool and Recreation Center. The 42,000 square foot recreation center includes oversized gymnasium, weight room, aerobics room, locker rooms, and indoor natatorium complete with three pool areas. Following the passage of a bond, Wenaha joined the team and immediately built a master budget and schedule of activities, led a transparent and inclusive Architect selection process, and shortly thereafter led the selection process for the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC); the intent being to build a cohesive, community oriented team that would work diligently to integrate City, County, and economic development objectives while maintaining a tight budget and construction schedule to benefit the community for generations to come.
