The 3 building development will include 150 units up to 4 stories with townhomes. Providing a mix of family-sized units, interiors will feature high efficiency appliance, sustainable finishes and all-electric heating and cooling systems. The site will have onsite laundry facilities, indoor bike rooms, a central courtyard and a half-court basketball area. Solar panels will be installed to offset energy costs.
