Amity Orchards is comprised of three buildings containing a total of 164 apartments. Among these, 80 units are dedicated senior housing, housed within one building that also includes management offices and resident flex space; the other two buildings offer 84 family-oriented units with two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include dedicated senior lounges, fitness center, play areas, laundry facilities, flex workspaces and a new public park.
